The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Burlington man.

Ocean Marshall (32) of Burlington was last seen on foot at approximately 10:25 am on September 1, 2025 in the area of Industrial Street and Homewood Drive in Burlington. 

Ocean is described as:

  • Male
  • White
  • 5’7” tall with an average build
  • Short black hair
  • Wearing light blue jeans with rips in the knees and a grey, white and black zip up hoody

A photo of Ocean is attached.

Ocean is vulnerable and police and his family are concerned for his well-being.

Anyone with information about Ocean or his possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905 825 4777.
