The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for assistance from the public in identifying the driver of a motorcycle who failed to stop for police.

On August 10, 2022, an HRPS officer was conducting proactive patrols in the Millcroft area of Burlington, as a result of recent traffic complaints.  At approximately 3:00 pm, a motorcycle was observed speeding, weaving back and forth and not stopping at a stop sign in the area of Sarazen Drive and Couples Crescent.  The officer attempted to stop the motorcycle however the driver sped off at a high rate of speed and fled the area.

The motorcycle is described as a black sport bike with an Ontario licence plate.

The driver of the motorcycle is described as male, white, approximately 20-35 years of age, average height and a stocky build.  He was wearing a black helmet, black t-shirt and blue jeans.

A photo of the motorcycle and driver from the incident is attached.
