On November 7, 2023 at approximately 2:21 p.m., two suspects entered the Saint Laurent, located within the Toronto Premium Outlets at 13850 Steeles Avenue, Halton Hills. The suspects selected a halter jumpsuit and a velvet jacket, with a total value of over $6,000, and concealed them in shopping bags. The suspects then left, without making any attempt to pay for the concealed items.

Suspects:

  1. Female, white, in her 20s, average build, long, dark hair, wearing a white jacket, blue jeans and mid-calf high, white boots.
  2. Female, white, in her 20s, average build, blonde hair, wearing a black jacket, white scarf, blue jeans, and black boots.
