On August 21, 2025 at approximately 2:40pm a red Honda SUV was travelling westbound on 25 Sideroad in the Town of Milton. A grey Mazda hatchback was travelling southbound on Sixth Nass Line. A collision occurred between the two vehicles within the intersection. As a result of the collision, the driver of the Mazda was transported to an out of region trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. 

Due to the nature of the injuries, the Collision Reconstruction Unit has assumed carriage of the investigation. Any witnesses who have not spoken to police, and anyone with dash-cam video is requested to contact investigators at 905-825-4747 ext. 5065 or CRU@haltonpolice.ca
