At approximately 10:35pm on September 4th 2025, the Halton Regional Police Service was notified of a serious motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Dundas Street East and Sixth Line in the Town of Oakville. The initial investigation indicates that a Honda minivan driven by a 52 year old Oakville man was westbound on Dundas Street East before it attempted to make a left turn to go south onto Sixth Line. At that time, a KTM motorcycle driven by a 23 year old Burlington woman was eastbound on Dundas Street East proceeding straight through the intersection. The two vehicles collided within the intersection. The motorcycle rider was taken to a trauma centre with life threatening injuries. She is now in stable condition.
