The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has arrested and charged two suspects following a break and enter investigation in Oakville.

On January 11, 2026, at approximately 3:35am multiple masked individuals dressed in dark clothing broke into Lockwood Leasing located at 1141 South Service Road West. While inside the suspects obtained keys to eight separate high end vehicles (one Ferrari, two Porsche’s, two BMW’s, and three Mercedes) using the keys to steal the vehicles from inside the dealership.

Members of HRPS uniform patrol and the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau began an investigation into the auto thefts and were able to locate one BMW, a Mercedes, a Porsche and the Ferrari, all found abandoned and unoccupied in the GTA.

On January 12, 2026, HRPS investigators were made aware of the recovery of an additional vehicle, a Porsche 911 by Peel Regional Police, which included the arrest of two men. Continued investigation by members of the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau has connected the arrested men to the vehicle thefts at Lockwood Leasing.

On January 14, 2026, both men were taken into custody by HRPS investigators.

As the result of the HRPS investigation:

Amin Hadj Kaddour (24) of Mississauga, and Joshua Twa’colagiacomo (24) of Victoria Harbour, have been charged with the following:

  • Break and Enter
  • Disguise with Intent

Kaddour and Twa’colagiacomo were initially held in custody but have since been granted bail.

Both accused are also facing additional criminal charges with Peel Regional Police as a result of their arrests there.

Investigators are continuing to search for the outstanding vehicles and suspects  and are asking anyone with information regarding this investigation to contact the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 2216.
