While Halton Regional Police Service officers have a legally-mandated role and responsibility to deliver professional, courteous and timely policing services, we cannot act in isolation.
The support of more than 200 volunteers throughout Halton Region who work with our police officers and civilian members each day is vital to helping make our community as safe tomorrow as it is today.
Whether you contribute your time and talents to Auxiliary Policing, Communities on Phone Patrol (COPP), Seniors And Law Enforcement Together (SALT), Seniors Helpline, or Victim Services Unit, by volunteering with the Halton Regional Police Service, you actively demonstrate your commitment to the safety and well-being of others, and help guarantee the success of our programs and community partnerships.
We invite you to learn more about our volunteer programs and to apply for those of interest to you.
