Police were subsequently advised that the suspects had fled the scene in a dark-coloured pick-up truck that was pulling a trailer loaded with tools.
A short time later, patrol officers observed a vehicle matching the above description in the area of Lakeshore Road East and Ford Drive. A traffic stop was conducted and three individuals were subsequently placed under arrest.

At the time of this investigation, MARTINHO had already entered into a release order related to other significant charges, including firearm-related offences. All of these offences occurred outside of Halton Region, and both DO REGO and RUVIO had signed as his sureties.
