On Monday, December 6, 2021 at 10:56am, an unknown female suspect attended the LCBO store located at 1235 Fairview Street in the City of Burlington and stole three bottles of liquor with a total value of $275.85.

On Thursday, November 25, 2021 at 2:42pm., an unknown suspect attended the LCBO store located at 251 Oak Walk Drive in the Town of Oakville and stole four bottles of liquor valued at a total of $199.80.
Suspect description: Male, White, approximately 6'0, wearing a dark jacket, dark pants, construction style boots and a grey toque. The suspect was carrying a black coloured backpack. The suspect was wearing a medical mask PPE.

On Thursday, November 25, 2021 at 3:10pm., an unknown suspect attended the Brant Cycle and Sports store located at 892 Brant Street in the City of Burlington and stole an Electric Bicycle valued at $3,045.00.
Suspect description: Male, White, wearing a dark waist length jacket, grey coloured track pants, black running shoes and a black flat peak baseball cap with NBA symbol on the front. The suspect was carrying a black coloured backpack.

Credit River Drowning in Norval

The Halton Regional Police Service are investigating the tragic drowning of a Brampton teen in the Credit River near MacNab Park in Norval Ontario. The incident occurred on Friday June 11th, 2021 at approx 5:00 pm at a bridge over the Credit River. Police and paramedics were called to the scene, where witnesses and friends were performing life saving measures. The 14 year old Brampton male was rushed to Georgetown Hospital and sadly has succumbed to his injuries.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is pleased to announce the launch of their new virtual Emergency Services Introduction for New Canadians (ESINC) program.
Developed in partnership with local Fire Services, Halton Region Paramedic Services, and HMC Connections, the program uses educational videos to introduce the role of emergency services in Halton to English as a Second Language (ESL) and Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) learners across the region.
