Due to COVID-19, we are currently only offering the Vulnerable Sector Screening fingerprinting at Halton Regional Police Service headquarters, by appointment only.  Additional fingerprinting services will be available at a later date.

Book Fingerprinting Appointment

The online system for booking a fingerprinting appointment is a two-step process that provides you with access to a date and time that best suits you.

  1. Select your desired date and time. If no time shows up for the day selected, then that day is fully booked or appointments are not available.
  2. Provide your name, email address, phone number, and reason for fingerprinting.

Once you have successfully booked your appointment, you will receive a message by email confirming your appointment.

Payments and Fees

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard for payments.

If you require Vulnerable Sector Screening for paid employment purposes, there is a fee of $25. For volunteer positions that require Vulnerable Sector Screening, you will need a letter from the organization, on their letterhead, clearly stating that Vulnerable Sector Screening is required. No fee is required for volunteer positions.

Identification Required

Two pieces of valid, government issued identification are required, one of which MUST be a photo ID. Please note that your Social Insurance Number (S.I.N.) card is not a valid form of identification.
