There are three courthouses serving Halton region. In accordance with provincial legislation, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) Court Services Bureau provides a police presence at both locations.

Burlington Courthouse

The Burlington Courthouse is located at 2021 Plains Rd. E. Burlington.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

The Burlington Courthouse handles criminal court services and small claims for the Region of Halton.

Milton Courthouse

The Milton Courthouse is located at 491 Steeles Ave. E, Milton.
