Suspect: Male, White, full beard, wearing a black hat, black jacket, brown shirt, black pants, and white sneakers.

On June 24, 2025, at approximately 7:05 p.m., the suspect entered the Real Canadian Superstore located at 820 Main Street East in Milton. The suspect selected $225.21 in property and left without making any attempt to pay.
Suspect: Male, White, 40-50 years old, average build, wearing a black hat, and all black clothing.

On June 18, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the suspect entered the Fortinos located at 2515 Appleby Line in Burlington. The female suspect selected $653.78 in property and left the store, making no attempt to pay. She was confronted by security, at which point she discarded the items and fled into the parking lot.

On June 21, 2025, at approximately 8:15 p.m., the suspect entered the Real Canadian Superstore located at 820 Main Street East in Milton. The suspect selected $239.92 in Ghee butter and left without making any attempt to pay.
Suspect: Male, South Asian, beard, approximately 25 years old, thin build, wearing a black hat, white t-shirt with blue image, black pants, and black shoes.

Arrest Made After $150k Fraud Investigation

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) Financial Crimes Unit has made an arrest and laid multiple charges after an investigation into a fraud worth more than $150,000.
In March of 2024, the HRPS was contacted after a series of fraudulent withdraws (totalling $156,000) from an account at an HSBC branch in Burlington. Police attended, arrested and charged the individual making the withdraws at that time.
