Jeffrey was last seen fueling his white Dodge Ram at the Petro Canada station located at 9266 Guelph Line in Campbellville on August 3, 2022 at approximately 10:00 am (see attached photo). The Dodge Ram has Ontario licence plate BP60029 and has two unique stickers on the rear window:

HRPS to Launch eTickets Pilot Project

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is launching a new Electronic Tickets, or ‘eTickets’, pilot project in its 3 District (Burlington) on August 9, 2022.
Officers in the 3 District Response Unit, which focuses on Traffic Enforcement, will pilot the project, with the District Response Units in 1 District (Milton/Halton Hills) and 2 District (Oakville) joining the pilot in early fall 2022. The HRPS expects to have eTickets adopted by all frontline officers by early 2023.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is pleased to announce that Halton region has maintained its position of having the lowest Crime Severity Index (CSI) of all Canadian municipalities with a population of 100,000 or more. In comparison to Ontario’s ‘Big 12’ police services, the HRPS also achieved the highest Weighted Clearance Rate (WCR) at 48.70 per cent.

On July 30, 2022, at approximately 3:50 pm, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) responded to reports of gunshots being fired towards a residence on Hilda Drive in Oakville. A male and female were observed to approach the residence in a stolen Honda CRV with a Quebec licence plate. The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) – 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau has arrested a suspect in relation to a series of night time break and enters and high end auto thefts that occurred in the summer and fall of 2021 in Oakville. The same suspect was also identified as being responsible for four additional night time break and enters and the theft of a vehicle in 2022.
