MISSING PERSON LOCATED: Oakville

UPDATE: Michael Morassut has been safely located.  The Halton Regional Police Service would like to thank the media and the community for their assistance in this investigation.  We would ask that all media outlets remove any photographs of Mr. Morassut at this time. 

 

ORIGINAL RELEASE:

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing man from the Town of Oakville.

Investigators are trying to locate 23 year old Michael Morassut.

 

Morassut is described as male, white, 5'10", 160 lbs with blonde hair and brown eyes.   Morassut was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt with a "CWC" logo, navy track pants and a black baseball cap.  

 

Morassut was last seen departing the area of Cornwall Road and Maple Grove Drive in a White 2021 Hyundai Venue bearing licence plate CSPE 401.

 

Police are concerned for Morassut's safety and ask that anyone who may have information on his whereabouts contact 9-1-1 immediately.
