Burlington Drug Investigation Leads to Four Arrests

On March 2, 2021, members of the Halton Regional Police Service - 3 District Street Crime Unit, conducted a Controlled Drug & Substances Act search warrant at a residence in south Burlington.

Four individuals were arrested and a quantity of drugs and other items were seized – photo attached.

  • 178 grams of cocaine
  • 41 grams of psilocybin
  • $1650.00 cash
  • 3 cell phones
  • 3 digital scales

The following individuals have been charged:

Jeffrey Hill (35) of Burlington

  • Trafficking in a Controlled Substance - Cocaine
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Psilocybin

Nicole Rose (32) of Burlington

  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Psilocybin

Kale Hutching (32) of Burlington

  • Possession of Cocaine

Kirsten Kelleher (32) of Stoney Creek

  • Possession of Cocaine

All accused were released on an undertaking.
